This Beach House is a private 3 acre oceanfront oasis with private beach access. This 4 bedroom 2 full bath Cape Cod was graciously renovated in 2010, striking a perfect balance between new and old. Located 3 miles north of charming Yachats Oregon, it’s nestled between a beautiful stretch of coastal vegetation and the Pacific Ocean; the perfect mix of the Oregon Coastline where natural wonder meets the ocean. Guests enjoy the 7 continuous miles of coastal shore, where intimate beach strolls or playful family times await you. The house was designed to maximize framed views of the Pacific. Virtually every room has stunning ocean views including the kitchen, dining, living, sun room and 3 of 4 bedrooms.

policy
A signed copy of the policy must be returned when making a reservation. Click on the form to the right, sign and return by email or fax.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
All reservations must be made by a guest who is at least 25 years of age and possess a valid credit card. Advance payment of 50% is due when the reservation is made. The balance is due 21 days before arrival and may be paid by check or credit card. The charge for returned checks is $35.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation or changes that result in shorter stays, made within 60 days of arrival, will forfeit the advance payment unless the house is rented for the full period of your reservation at the same rate. Cancellations made less than 14 days of arrival will be charged the full rental fee unless the house is rented for the full period of your reservation at the same rate. No refunds will be made for late check in or late departure. There are no refunds for weather related issues unless an evacuation is ordered by the National Weather Service, in which case a refund will be granted for the period of the ordered evacuation.
CHECK IN | CHECK OUT
Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Late checkout is a half day charge as this puts great stress on the cleaning crew to get the home ready for the next guests.
CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is for general cleaning and sanitation only. Please leave the home neat and orderly to avoid extra charges, which are assessed at $20 an hour.
CRAB COOKING
No crab cooking is allowed as the smell is almost impossible to remove. There are local facilities available to cook crab at the Waldport Seafood Company or the Dock of the Bay in old town Waldport. A $250 fine is assessed if evidence of crab cooking is found.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Because we have your credit card, we do not charge a security deposit. We do reserve the right to charge your credit card account for damage, theft or any special cleaning required after your stay.
•No damage is done beyond normal wear and tear.
•No linens are lost or damaged. Towels are for in-home use, not the beach.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster and soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher and cleaned.
•There is no evidence of smoking, crab cooking or pets in the home.
•Leave keys on kitchen island and lock the home.
•All furnishing to be returned (if moved) to their original position.
•Refrigerator and freezer emptied of all food.
LOST KEYS & LOST ITEMS
The charge for lost keys is $20. The charge for sending items left behind is postage plus a $10 handling fee.
MINIMUM STAY
Our minimum stay is 2 consecutive nights; holidays require a 3-5 night stay (dependent on Holiday)
OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy is 8 (not including children under the age of 3.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted. As many people are allergic to animal hair and dander, we ask that you please respect this policy. A $250 fine is assessed if evidence of a pet is found.
SMOKING
There is absolutely no smoking within any part of the home. Please be respectful of the grounds and clean up any evidence of smoking outside. A $250 fine is assessed if evidence of smoking is found.
